How to Enable Bookmarks Bar in Safari
To enable the bookmarks bar on Safari, navigate to the Library menu and select Bookmarks. Then, toggle the Bookmarks bar on or off, as desired. The text that appears in the Bookmarks bar depends on whether it is hidden or visible. To toggle the bookmarks bar’s visibility, open the Settings icon in the upper-right corner of the browser window. Select Appearance, then Customize toolbar.
