Enable Network Adapter in Windows 10
To make your Windows 10 computer connect to a local or internet network, you will need to enable your network adapter. However, sometimes this will not be possible. For example, you might need to disable the ethernet adapter to test a piece of software offline. Similarly, you may want to disable the WiFi adapter. If you do not want to use the internet, you can disable the ethernet connection.
You can check to see if your network adapter is not working by manually updating its driver. For this, you can open Device Manager, expand Network adapters, and choose the Disable device option. Another method of disabling a network card is to use the netsh command tool. Just type the name of the adapter in the window and press Enter. You should be prompted to enter quotation marks if the name of the network card has spaces.
Enable The Network Control Panel:
To enable the network adapter, you can open the Control Panel by clicking the Start button in the lower-left corner of your monitor. Navigate to the System Preferences tab and choose Device Manager. If none of these solutions works, you can use your network adapter’s default setting.
