How to Enable Intel Virtualization Technology in Windows 10

In the BIOS, you can check whether your computer supports enable intel Virtualization Technology. You may find this option under the CPU Configurations or the System Configurations tab. It is usually under the Northbridge, Processor, or Chipset tab. You can also check it under the BIOS-specific overclocking tab. If you do not see this option, you may have to go back and update your BIOS. Once you have done this, reboot your computer.

In BIOS, go to Advanced Settings and locate the Intel Virtualization Technology option. Press the up and down arrow keys to select Enabled.   10. In the new window, select Yes and then press Enter.
  11. The system restarts automatically.

When you enable Intel Virtualization in Windows, you must make sure that your BIOS supports VT. Unlike AMD-V, you cannot disable the virtualization extension in the BIOS of your AMD-V processor. You can also check for VT in Task Manager. However, you need to use the task manager to find out the status of Intel VT. You should also make sure that you’ve enabled VT-x in the BIOS.
